1) Feasibility study report is a part of project permitting. Generally, permitting consists of feasibility study report, EIA (环评), ESA（能评） and OHA（职评）.
可研报告是项目立项前报建的一部分。报建主要是建设方/业主向政府部门提请审批，其是工程项目正式立项前，对其技术、经济及社会效益等各方面进行的系统 分析和综合评价。除了可研报告，报建还包括环评，能评，职评。
2) Generally, client will interview 3rd party for feasibility study report preparation. And information needed is as below:
a. Project description, eg. Campus description; b. product information. If the product (drug substance) info is confidential, symbols can be used.
一般来说，可研报告和环评等都是由专业的第三方团队撰写的。建设方需要提供的信息有：项目描述，例如厂区面积，产品信息，如果产品（如创新药品）需要对工艺保密，可以用符号代替。
3) After preparation, authority coordination is needed for the whole process. 报告编制好后，需要协调有关部门进行审批。
4) Content: feasibility study is composed of executive summary, study overview, site summary, product summary, product process and appendixes, usually drawings with focus on technology and economics.
可研报告的内容：
1) 下面我就介绍下可研报告的大概框架。前面说过，行业不同，选取的内容也不同。下面我以化工行业和旅游行业为例介绍下可研报告的内容框架。主要内容有项目提出的背景、投资的必要性和经济意义；在整个报告的包里，一般还会有很多附件，比如图片，图纸从设计上来阐述。
2) 需求预测和拟建规模；
3) 资源、原材料、燃料及公用设施情况；
4) 建厂条件和选址方案；
5) 设计方案；
6) 环境保护；
7) 企业组织、劳动定员和人员培训；
8) 项目实施进度建议；
9) 投资估算和资金筹措；
10) 项目经济效果评价。
总体来说就是侧重其技术性和经济性。前面说过项目类型不同，可研的具体内容有所区别。但不管是什么项目，最重要的都是要落到发展预期、资金、成本、收益这些实质的分析上来。
下面以现在比较火的旅游地产项目为例子解说下架构。

这份项目可行性研究报告的核心是第三部分和第四部分。也就是技术性和经济性分析。
大概的框架是这样。除了在国内的外资项目，那么也有在中方在国外的项目。所以也会有英文的FS report需要写。
Language characteristics: like meeting minutes, impersonal sentence and passive voice are often employed in report. 值得注意的是英文的可研报告的语言特点：和会议纪要一样，非人称语句和被动语态经常出现。
